Alright, so the word Mentor came from the Greek character Mentor. Odysseus, father of Telemachus told Mentor to watch after his son while he was gone. Mentor's main purpose as a teacher was to introduce Odysseus's son Telemachus to homosexuality. I mean that's just foul! Lol So if somebody out there is calling you his or her mentor, just say, "Uh.... teacher will do.... yeah, your teacher will do just fine!"
